The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by  www.logorealminc.com

Messaging Terms & Conditions

You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Logo Realm Inc. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@logorealminc.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Revision Policy

Logo Realm Inc. offers unlimited revisions based on the package selected. All revisions are provided free of charge, but the original design concept remains unchanged unless explicitly agreed upon. Revisions are typically delivered within 48 hours of request submission.

Refund Policy

Our goal is 100% client satisfaction. While our free revision policy allows clients to perfect their designs, refunds may be offered under the following terms:

Full Refund (minus 10% processing fee): If requested before the initial design delivery.

66% Refund: If requested within 48 hours of the first design delivery (after 10% service fee deduction).

33% Refund: If requested within 48–120 hours of the first design delivery (after 10% service fee deduction).

No Refund: Requests made after 120 hours of the first delivery will not be eligible.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

Change of mind or business direction.

Services acquired at a lower cost elsewhere.

Services involving third-party vendors (e.g., hosting, domains, CDN).

Limitations caused by external services beyond our control.

Refund Process

Contact Us: Share your concerns with your account manager via email, chat, or phone.

Revisions First: We will attempt to resolve your issue through revisions.

Refund Issuance: If unresolved, an approved refund will be processed. All design rights will revert to Logo Realm Inc., and you are prohibited from using any delivered work.

Client Account Area The account area is your central hub for managing your project and communication. You are responsible for monitoring updates. Failure to do so will not qualify as grounds for refund.

Quality Assurance We are committed to delivering high-quality, unique designs tailored to your specifications. Our QA process includes thorough review, compliance with your brief, and revision support. Upon request, we coordinate directly with printing or technical vendors to ensure compatibility.

Delivery Policy All design files are delivered via your account area on the agreed timeline. You’ll receive a confirmation email upon file delivery. Need it faster? Rush delivery is available within 24 hours for an additional $75.

Design File Storage We store finalized design files for 90 days post-delivery. Requests beyond this period may require a redesign fee.

Communication Policy All official communications are made via verified company email addresses ending in @logorealm.com or through our toll-free number. We are not responsible for any issues caused by third-party platforms or unauthorized communication.

User Data and Access To access certain services, you may be asked to provide registration details. You agree to provide accurate and current information. Logo Realm Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

For recurring services or additional development hours, we may securely store your credit card information (with prior notice).

Customer Support Our support team is available 24/7 to help you with any inquiries related to your ongoing or completed projects. You can reach us through live chat, email, or phone.

Project Reactivation If a project remains inactive for 45 days or more, it may be paused. A $150 reactivation fee will apply to resume the project. If you need to pause your project, let us know in advance so we can accommodate your timeline.

Third-Party Services Some of our solutions include third-party tools or software (e.g., plugins, APIs). By using these, you agree to comply with the third-party terms and conditions. We are not liable for changes or failures caused by third-party services.

Scope Exclusions Any development, integration, or functionality outside the agreed project scope (e.g., added third-party plugin customization) will be billed separately under a new agreement.

Limitations of Liability Logo Realm Inc. is not liable for:

Data loss, service interruptions, or content issues.

Delays or failures due to external services or unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to Terms Logo Realm Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
